Engaging Diasporas in Europe for Development
In this Migration Policy Institute Europe event in Brussels, the co-author of a diaspora engagement handbook published by the Migration Policy Institute (MPI) and International Organization for Migration (IOM), Kathleen Newland, leads a discussion on the newly released book entitled Developing a Road Map for Engaging Diasporas in Development.
